Home tab | Slides group | New Slide | Reuse Slides | this will give you a
task pane where you can browse for the PPT file and insert all slides if
necessary.
At least that is what I think you mean by Insert all slides.
As Luc said they hid this one pretty well. Once you have the re-use slide
pane and a presentation open you can right click one of the thumbnails to
get an 'insert all' option.
