Insert Calander Object

I want to insert a calendar object into my word document. I go to Insert -
Object-Calendar. How do I change the month of the calendar. Is there a way I
can just use this as an object and have the calendar show a different month.
For example, I want to insert the calendar object but I want the month of
March dispayed.
