Insert date and time

Does Outlook have a hot-key time stamp? I am new to the program and the
PIM's I am used to all have one.

Also, a 12 month calendar view for planning purposes would be helpful...

No; no.

I use activewords for #1 but you can create a custom form with a button or
use other programs.
