insert picture dialog box

I am trying to insert a link to a picture. When I am in the Insert Picture
dialog box, the Insert button is disabled until I select a file. When I
select a file, the dialog box instantly closes and my picture gets embedded,
not linked. When/where do I get the chance to click on the arrow in the
Insert button, so I can select Link to Picture? (I am using Publisher 2003.)

Insert, Object, Create from file, check link, browse to your picture.

Aha! Thank you!
I think I have found another way, too: from the "Insert Picture" dialog box
I can select my picture by right-clicking, instead of left- (duh), and then
the Insert button is activated and I'm able to click on its arrow.
