Insert Picture gets too big

Hi: I use Word 2003. When I go to insert object/Microsoft work picture,
everything works fine. The new work window opens ok. The image is there at
the right resolution. But when I add an arrow or call out box or any
writing below the image and close the window, the image gets really big. If
I don't add anything like a call out, it's fine. Any ideas? Wayne

You can try locking the size settings, by accessing the picture object's
properties, than in the layout option of the properties, set the picture
object to the back; instead of "in line with text". By default all are set
to "in line with text". Then when you add your call-out, access call-out's
properties, determine and lock the size, and set it to the front. Save and
re-save with each modification.
