Insert Pictures

My work use Office XP Professional and Office Professional 2003. We also have
access to Microsoft Visio and Project. What I like to do is uses one or
several of these programs to enable employees to insert pictures and the
pictures will be save in an Office database, with automatic naming, and
employees will be able to view the images on the Network but cannot edit the
images. Thank you very much for your assistance.

what i would suggest is
to train them on microsoft digital
imaging program included with
office. They scan, name and
save in the folder required.

then the next step is to set up
your database so that they can
copy and paste the filelocation
and other details.

unfortunately, office is only
a set of tools that can help
you. but if you really need
to integrate a system unique/custom
to yours, then advance skills and
time will be required.....
