Inserted Picture Formatting

S

Steve Finlayson

I am captureing screen shots and pasting them into a document that is a large
table. The images are going into the table cells. Currently I paste the image
and then double click it to set the layout. I must then click OK to apply the
setting. I then need to double click the image again to apply the line format
for the border around the image, selecting the color and then changing the line
thickness.
Since I am inserting these many times in a document, a tutorial for using a
software program, this is a laborious process.
Is there any way to preset the format for pasted images, an image style or
something like that?

Thanks
Steve

You might take a look at SnagIt linked from my web site, which is an
outstanding screen capture utility - and more. You can set the border at
capture time, or you can capture then use the Catalog tool to batch process
a pile of screen shots. There are lots of examples of screen shots using
this application in the Word tutorials on my web site. It will save you a
lot of time and produces excellent results.
