Inserting a database

Hello,
When using the Insert Database command, is it possible to preserve the
formatting of the database table eg. currency OR is possible to format a
column in the resulting Word table ?

Hi Bob,

AFAIK you need to create a query based on the table and create a
calculated field using the Format function. For example:

FormattedFieldName: Format([FieldName],"$0.00")
