Inserting identical tasks as subtasks to each parent task in a pro

I work for a manufacturer. We have about 30 mold projects that we process
each week. I would like to include each of these within the same project.
Each of these tasks has certain steps to include, about 8 or 9. We have a
three week run time, so I have about 90 jobs listed at any one time.

Is there a way to automate the insertion of the 8 or 9 steps under each task
instead of having to copy and paste each time manually over all ninety tasks?

Sure but it would take longer to write the code than it woudl to hit
the paste key 90 times. Sorry.
