install MS Office 97 professional on Windows XP

Hi All,
When installing office 97 professional on Windows XP Pro SP
1, i always get error message: "Insufficient memory" and
installation stops. (I logged on with administrator
priviledge, my PC has 128M RAM and use Intel Celeron 2G,
36G free on harddisk)
Can anyone help me on this issue? Thanks so much
