Installation of Office over existing software

I just bought a new Toshiba laptop preinstalled with
Works and an introductory edition of Word. I have Office
Student and Teacher Edition 2003 and would like to
install it. Any problems with just installing it over
the existing programs or should I try to uninstall Works
and the introductory Word first?
