Installed PST backup. How do I activate in all other user accounts

I have Outlook 2002SP3 (OfficeXP) on WindowsXP Professional. I installed PST
backup add-in and it works fine on my account. How do I activate it in the
other user accounts??

Is there an answer to this one? I am having the exact problem. I Installed
the utility in my administrator account, but it does not show up in any of my
power users accounts. When I try to install it in one of those accounts, I
get a message that it is already installed.
