Installing Australian paper sizes.

Any idea how to override the American page sizes and install Aussie ones instead?

Well they should be only metric if you have your computer setup correctly.
In the Control Panel > Regional & Language Settings should be all
Australian, and it is important to change the Keyboard as well to Australian
English. Whoever setup your computer software had *NO* idea what they were
doing.
Also change your printer driver to A4 in the properties as well as Publisher
Tools > Options.
