Installing NEW Office Home and Student 2007

I purchased Office Home and Student 2007 last night from BIG BOX and when I
put the CD in it would not even pop up. I went to the drive thru Computer
and it goes into Please wait while set prepares files then it just shuts
down. Says Set-up has stopped working. Then nothing. I do have a trial
version on my computer and when I went to uninstall it won't let me
uninstall. What do I do??

Get the Windows Install Cleanup tool from Microsoft. Run it and then delete
all folders pertaining to Office that you can find and try the installation
again. You can also get help by telephoning Microsoft Help line. You will
need the installation disk and possibly the box that it came in because you
will be asked questions about the purchase that is on the disk and box. You
will be asked to read the text on the inner ring of the CD so have a
magnifying glass handy if your eyes are anything like mine.
