Installing Office 97 and 2000 on the same machine?

I have a laptop with a pre-installed version of Office 2000/Word. I
need to run an older Access App and wish to install the Access portion
of Office 97. Can one install both on the same machine without an
issue, eg. duplicate DLL problems?
