Installing Office XP and Office 97 on same computer

I have a Win 2000 computer. Office XP is installed. Also
installed is an application that will only import data
from Access 97.
Are there any problems running Office XP and Office 97 on
the same computer?

no. however, if Office XP fails to start after the installation of Office 97
do a Detect & Repair. Please note that only one version of Outlook can exist
on a computer.
