Installing Office XP Pro on a 98SE desktop (on XP Pro laptop, OK)

Hi.

I'm getting trouble installing Office XP Pro on a W98SE desktop, which has Office 97 Pro on it, already. Do I have to uninstall the 97 Pro Before installing the XP Pro version? If not, where can I find the update files that the installation CD says are missing?

What trouble are you having? Is the Office XP an OEM installation on either
