installing windows xp professional\office 2003

I need to reinstall my windows xp professional and office 2003, while doing
so, i receive the infamous dialogue box "unable to copy ***.dl_" i have the
disk in the correct drive. Help, so that i may have my office back.

hey guys thanks anyway, i figured it out. my xp pro is an upgrade, and so is
xpsp2. therefore the two upgrades cannot coexist in the same pc. so i opted
for norton instead. i had to clean my pc ( i slightly wanted to) and now i do
have my office back.
