Instant CRASH on opening folder properties

With Windows XP SP-2, and OfficeXP/Outlook2002 SP-2:

Lately (mostly today), when I right-click on a folder and select
"properties," the program crashes instantly and disappears. I've been
tinkering with my configuration, trying to get CalendarWare running,
but at the moment I have all add-ins disabled, and it's still
happening.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. THANKS.
