I want to get the website so that I can enter text into it while online. Is
there a way to do this??? Also, can I make the text entered into the box a
link to a page?

Yes, but not with Publisher as your web editor.

Text in a box a hyperlink, yes make the whole box a link if your talking
about a graphic image...or loose text in a table cell.
