interchange Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2002

I need to be able to interchange .pst files (Inbox,Contacts) between 2003 and
2002(Old style). I can't get the instructions from Microsoft to work as I
can't Import/Export to files within Outlook. I can't find where they are
located!

Use the ansi format in Outlook 2003. Also, don't export, just copy the
entire .pst file.
