Intermittent Queue Failures in Project Server 2007

Hi,
I have just installed SP1 in my Project server environment. I have a
multiple server farm, with SQL and Project running on separate servers. I
did a stress test today to create, save and publish project plans. 3 out of
10 consistently failed with WSS Workspace Create Failed But Not Blocking.
The project plan was published but the associated project workspace was not
created. The error reads as follows: I aboslutely need to correct this
failure as I plan to roll to production shortly. Any thoughts as to the
cause???? HELP!

Error summary/areas:

Do the project names start with a non-alphanumeric character? This can
cause the WSS create to fail. Have you tried manually creating the WSS site
from the Manager WSS section of Server Settings to maybe get a clearer idea
of what might be causing the failure?

Our server settings are set to automatically create the website. The failure
is intermittent. Changing the server settings not not alter the results.

Are you saying that your projects that are failing to create a workspace
have no special characters in the project name whatsoever? Please list the
3 project names that are failing.
