internal Error 2705

Hello @ all

I've got a problem with the office 2003 SP1 installation.
When I try to install the SP1 the installation handler
shows me the follow message:

Error 2705. An internal error has occurred.

Can someone tell me, where the problem is? The MSDN Help
says, that the root of this problem is that:

Invalid table: [2]; Could not be linked as tree.

I can't imagine me, what that is.
