'Internal Error 2735.UninstallShoeboxDLL'

I received this message when trying to uninstall Microsoft Works 6.0. The
uninstall will not complete until I fix this error.I even tried reinstalling
from the disk to see if the problem would correct itself.It did not. I have
no idea what it means!Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
