Internet Explorer

A virus wiped out my Internet Explorer configuration. The error message is-
Windows cannot find C:\ProgramFiles\InternetExplorer\iexplore.exe4. I have
scanned my computer with an anti-virus program so I think it is now clean.
Now how do I get back the Internet Explorer so I can get onto the Internet
again? Can any one help me? Thank you.
