Converting from Outlook Express and I have regularly used the DO NOT SEND
IMMEDIATELY feature so that I had a chance to read prior to sending. Any
way to configure this in Outlook ?
Thanks in advance.

No way to answer since you failed to post your Outlook version, mail account
type and connection type.

I know what you're saying. Most of the time it doesn't matter, but
every so often I "send" a message and realize a moment later, "I
forgot the attachment", or "Maybe I should cool off overnight before
sending that email."

If you have Outlook 2000:

Tools / Options / Mail Delivery tab, remove the check mark by "Send
messages immediately when connected".

Under that there is another option, "Check for new messages every X
minutes.". I find that 10 minutes works for me. If I want to send
everything in the Outbox right away, I press the F5 key.
