Is it difficult to transitions from Access 97 to Access 2003?

Due to its sharing capability, Access 2003 would be a better choice to create
a database that I have to create. However, my organization uses Access 97
and I am aware that data can become corrupt transitioning existing databases
from Access 97 to Access 2003. Is there an easy solution?

I know of no problems with corruption when converting files from Access 97
to any of the newer versions. Open the file in 2003 and tell it to convert.
The odds are very good that it will just work when you're done. It makes
the conversion as a new file so even if something goes wrong your original
file is not harmed by the process.
