is it possible to open more then one outlook profile at a time

Is it possible to open multiple outlook profiles at a
time. That is, run more then one instance of outlook and
have the second instance open with a different profile.
When I tried but It wouldn't prompt me to choose a profile
after opening the first instance. Thanks
