Is it possible to send a word form directly to an e-mail address?

I am currently creating a form in a word document. I would like for
there to be a link at the bottom of the form which would automatically
send this form to a specified e-mail address as an attachment. Is
this possible to do? Right now I can get the link to bring me to the
blank e-mail but I would have to attach the form. Preferably I would
like this to be done automatically.
