Is it possible to use the mouse wheel to scroll in a text box.

I am using Microsoft access 2002. I need to find out what I need to do to
make it possible for me to use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down in a
multiline text box. I have a form with a text box on it that I use to record
a description of services provided to a client. If the text box contains
more lines than is visible in the text box, and I try to use the mouse wheel
to scroll up and see what I had previously written, it erases what they had
typed. Is there a property that I can set to allow me to use mousewheel to
scroll up and down in a text box.
