Is Outlook 2003 worth it?

i am looking forward to get the new office soon but i want to know
that from your experiences here is the latest Outlook version worth
it?

can i send emails with multiple identities? These cannot be sent in
version 2002! I just wrote emails in Outlook express then change the
identities and click 'send later' and then i get different emails with
different identities! cannot do that in Outlook 2002.

Also in Outlook express you can send emails only or receive only.
While,in Outlook 2002 you have to press the 'send / receive' button
and it will do these 2 jobs one after the other. Most of time i need
to do only one of these actions. Can Outlook 2003 do this?

Thanks for your help.

Cheers.

I have been using 2003 at my office for a month now...
and I must say that of all the modules Office is the MOST
improved. MUCH better indexing of mail, sapm filtration
and on and on and on.

VERY much worth it!

You can actually set OL2002 to do those things you listed - it's just
different to OE

***** You can set up numerous accounts in 2002 and choose which to send
from when you're composing the email. You can also save the email to Drafts
and send it later

***** You can set up send/receive groups under Tools > send/receive
Settings. Here you can decide if you want to send and/or receive on a
particular account. Also under Tools Send/receive you can Send all, Send
and Receive All or you can select an account from the list and receive any
email for that account
