Is Publisher 98 compatible with Windows ME?

When I try to install Publisher 98 on my ME machine, it gives me an error
that says I have insufficient disk space for the installation. I have 10GBs
of hard disk open and 448 MBs RAM. Any help? Is this a compatibility issue?

Why not.
Only 2003 needs XP
Pub 95/98/2000/2002 should be OK on ME in my opinion.
