Is there a way to print onto a custom sized sheet of paper?

I'm trying to print onto a card that is 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall, but can't
find a selection for that under paper size and there is no custom size
selection.

Start, Help and Support, Print Server, click, read, and follow the links
to make the settings for new "forms".

You don't say what you are trying to print from, but if you put your
paper size into the "width" and "height" boxes, custom should then
appear in the paper size box
