Is there an FAQ?

Hi, new here. Is there an FAQ for this group?
I am working in both Pub 2000 and Pub 2002. I'm having problems
creating active hyperlinks and email links. Will also be converting to
pdf.

Okay, now to be more specific with my question because I don't see the
answer on these sites. Or, if it is there I am either not recognizing
it as such or my use of terminology is incorrect.

I am creating a newsletter in Publisher, then converting it to pdf.
The pdf file is then distributed to the membership. Nothing is ever
printed on paper. The hyperlinks I am trying to create would need to
go to websites and to the email client. Can this be done with Pub
2000? Also, can it be done with Pub 2002?
I realize you may not be able to address it from the pdf perspective,
but I would sill like to know if it can be done in Pub.

You need to recreate hyperlinks manually in Acrobat for them to work when
viewed.
