Is there any possible make a office file that don't let user print

I have a question, I want make some word, excel or powerpoint files, and I
also want user only can read them and cann't print them. Is it possible.

Unless you have complete control over their
ability to screen capture, install file viewer
software and the printing function then no.

If you have Adobe Acrobat (not just the free Reader) you can do that but as
Bob points out, there's always screen capture.
