is there any way to focus a picture once it has been shot

when using microsoft office picture viewer is there a way to focus the
picture if the shot taken is blured

Most decent graphics applications support a 'sharpen' or similar filter,
which may be able to improve the image to some extent.

You should ask your question in a newsgroup that is relevant to the
application you are using as your graphics manipulation application. This
newsgroup is for issues relating to the setup and configuration of the MS
Access database product.
