I've lost all my contacts. I use 2005. How do I get my 2005 back?

I lost all my contacts and now I have Outlook 2002. How can I get all my
stuff back from 2005?

I use 2005, but all the sudden it was all gone, and I have the 2002 version
and none of my contacts nor e-mails are in it.

Please can anyone help me get the stuff back?

You will need to post an accurate description of your problem. This is not
one.
There is no Outlook 2005. Nor does the version have anything to do with the
date range of the data it contains.
