joint contact list

How would I create a communal (joint) contact list in a three computer
office? The computers are networked. If it is possible, we would like to have
one base list rather than three individual lists that we can cross- access.
Any suggestions?

Also, how do a I make it so others can access all of my contacts except for
my "private" contacts?

Can you tell us what you mean by "networked" and which version of Outlook
you are running.
