jpg becoming zip

[LES UNGERLEIDER]

In the last month, JPG attachements sent via outlook have
been changed to xxx.jpg.zip files. This didn't happen
before.

What is happening, why how do I change it to send JPG as
JPG attachements and not have them changed?

How do I stop outlook from changing any type to .zip?

I have seen this happen when QuickViewPlus is installed. There is anoption in the program (with its OL integration) to "Compress attachments larger than XX KB".
