Label Wizard Works in Only One Directory

As time goes on my Labels Wizard is giving me more problems. In the schools
that have XP it works OK. However the schools that are on Windows 2000 or
the one school that is on Vista are nightmares.

My development machine is still Windows 2000 Access 2003 at the district
office.

I can only use one directory to get my machine to print labels from the
label Wizard.

If I do not use that directory I get Invalid on the Trim Script. When I do
not use Trim it will only display one column instead of three. It now will
not let me sort on Zipcode unless I use my master directory.

I have reloaded MS Office four times in the last three weeks, did all the
updates in both the operating system and office.

I know I have several things to look at, but do not even know where to
start. What tells the report module that it is suppose to print three
columns instead of one? If there is a columns control of some sort where do
I change that?

Why will it let me sort in one directory (Label Wizrad Only) and not in any
others?

I am really stuck on this one! Does anyone have any ideas? We already
payed Microsoft $490.00, but they were upset that the school district is on
three different operating systems!

Thanks in Advance

Granny!
