How do I send a large attachment via e-mail. Something
like 50Mb up too 250Mb. Is this possible to send via e-
mail? They are video presentation for my work.

It all depends on what type of server both you and the recipient are on.
There are two limits here to deal with, 1) your mail servers attachment
limits, and b) the recipient's mail server attachment limits.

Most public ISP mail servers limit file attachment sizes to 2-10mb.

If both of you are on the same Exchange server you should consult with your
Exchange admin for more details.

That depends entirely on the mail routers between you and your recipient.
Many ISPs simply will not allow messages that large. It has nothing to do
with whether or not Your mail program (Outlook) or the receipent's can
handle them.

You would be probably better off finding some on-line storage that the
recipient could download the files from.
