When I start outlook a screen pops up about LDAP directory. I have no idea what this is, but I can't move further into outlook unless I press OK or cancel to this screen. It didn't use to do this. Why is it doing so now and how can I turn it off?

You need to remove the LDAP directory service from your profile, but no one
can give you definitive steps without knowing your version of Outlook, which
you didn't think important enough to mention.
