Learning Essentials Installer Problem

The Installer window keeps coming up when we try to open any Office 2006
program, forcing us to wait while it cycles & cycles. What's wrong with the
installation do you think? Is it a glitch? Have we done something wrong? Do
we need to install the 2nd disk? help!

Do you really mean Office 2006? If so I believe there is a separate
newsgroup and that discussions in public newsgroups are a breach of your
NDA.
