Creating letter head with standard Header and Footer is ok.
But what if you want to ALSO have a Left-text ?
If I put a box there, how can I have it also show on the SECOND page?

Anything you put in the header view will appear on all pages (subject to
section and page setup constraints). A header can be anywhere on the page.
Consider it as a transparent overlay rather than the bit at the top of the
document.

You can put something on the left by putting it in a textbox or frame.
