levelling question

if a project has tasks that are either partially or fully completed, does
project leave them alone when you re-level?

hi Greg,

The tasks that are comleted are not levellled as there is no point in
rescheduling a completed task. For tasks in progress the actual start date
won't be changed when levelling. However, as long as the Leveling can create
splits in remaining work check box is selected, any remaining work can be
split for leveling.

Greg,

If you don't want that task to be leveled. Set the Priority to 1000. This
will not level this task (or any task where priority is set to 1000).
