Licensing issues with Project Central installation

A

Alex

Hello;

Hoping someone can help me with this issue.

Step 1:
I first installed MS Project Central 2000 with SQL 2000 on my server.
Step 2:
Tried to connect as administrator, create accounts, etc all worked great
Step 3:
Installed MS Project 2000 client on my machine
Uploaded a project to the server as administrator... everythign still good...
Step 4:
Try to access the Project Central server.... Stopped working
Now I am getting the following message and I can't get out of it

Because you have not accepted the license agreement, you can only see this page, and you cannot access the functionality of Microsoft Project Central.

If you want to use Microsoft Project Central, return to the logon page. If prompted, choose to download all the controls and accept the license agreement.

View the End User License Agreement for Microsoft Project Central.

Has anyone experienced this issue? do you happen to know how to correct this

Thanks a lot
Alex

Are you using the same copy of MS Project on both the server and the client?

On your client computer find the "downloaded program files" folder (I think
it is in the windows folder somewhere)
Delete anything you find that starts with pj.
Try connecting again.
