limited or no connectivity

At my work our it guy is away for 2 weeks and i am the next best
thing...lol...I have many computers on a network but 2 of them show limited
or no connectivity but all the others connect no problem.....i have tried
with my limited knowledge to repair but the repair process does not fix the
problem....what do i do?
I wouls appreciate any help please...thank you
