limiting access to information within project files

Hello again - I have a project file that includes an hours column and an
associated costs column for our small consulting company's work on the
project. I want to share the file with some of our clients, but I don't want
them to have access to information on our hours worked and associated costs.
Is there a way to limit their access within the file?
