Link one Project File to Another (as in Excel).

Hi there

I am interested to know how I can link one project file to another. Basically, I would like to have a task in ProjectA, for example, be linked to a task in Project B, such that changes made to ProjectB are automatically reflected in ProjectA. How can I do this

This is fully described in the Project "Help" file. Search for "link
tasks" and you'll see the articles.

There are various ways to do this. The easiest to explain is to use a
master project to collect the subprojects. When both tasks of the two
subprojects in view, select both in order, then press the "chain link"
toolbar. Project stores a complex link with filename, task Id, etc. to
keep this all sorted. As mentioned, read more about this in Help.
