Link Question

I have spreadsheets that are linked to each other. For instance, xxx2004,
xxx2003. Now that we are about to enter into 2005, I would like to create a
2004 folder to house my 2004 files, as well as create a 2003 folder to house
2003 files. Well when I open xxx2004 it says it has links that can't be
updated.

My question is:
What can I do to solve this instead of going to each formula and revising it?

Thanks!

If the workbooks are identical in layout you should be able to do a
find>replace
to change the path and workbook names

Thanks for your response. However, I do have another question. The
workbooks are pretty much identical but there are some differences. The
other "potential problem" is, each formula is slightly different. What I
mean by that is, each formula is looking to the same spreadsheet, but it's
looking at differnt cells.

Is this workable?

Thanks again.
